Everybody loves a good roll, every now and then. Shwarmas, a classic middle eastern dish has really caught on as peoples favourite in the last few years.

Naturally we have made our own tweaks and made our own versions of the same. It is classically a non-vegetarian dish but this veg shwarma is my take on this delicacy. It is inspired by the carters blue shwarma that is very famous here in Mumbai.
