The soya chaap recipe video on my channel is very popular, but the question im most often asked is can we make it with wholewheat instead of maida. Well making it with wholewheat is difficult but here I am making it with the next best thing i. e. SOOJI. Ive explained each step in the process of making this chaap in detail in the video and you will be pleasantly surprised how easy it is to make chaap healthily and hygienically at home!! Also my recipe contains a fair amount of actual soya flour and its really a great high protien recipe. You can marinate it and use in tandoori dishes or fry and add them to gravies.
